Does Home Depot Have a Complaints Contact?

Home Depot doesn't have a complaint line or any online complaint form. To make a complaint, you will have to talk to one or more people who work for the company in different capacities.

Talking to the Manager

You have a few options when ordering from Home Depot. You can have it shipped to your home from your local Home Depot store, from a distant store to your local store, where you can pick it up, or have it shipped to your home from a more distant location. If you chose either of the first two options, start by contacting the manager of your local Home Depot store. They can help you find out whether the issue originated in their store, in a different store, or with the shipper. If the manager isn't around when you try to contact them, ask for the manager's office number and call at another time. There's no point in talking to an employee who can't really help with your problem.
