The issue in GetHuman-whtheate's own words
I ordered the item below as a "test" item and found out that it worked, so I then wanted to order more in March ****. When I went to order more, the ones below were out of stock so the person on the phone suggested I order the following: Prime line folding crank: https:**www.homedepot.com*p*Prime-Line-Bronze-Universal-Folding-Crank-Handle-H-**************?MERCH*REC-*-pipinstock-*-*********-*-*********-*-N**I ordered ** of these on the *** number. I received them from the Home Depot on April **. I just installed them the other day because I wanted to wait at least * month to touch anything because of the Coronavirus. At least * of the cranks do not work and are defective. They will not tighten hard enough to allow the crank to rotate correctly.

GetHuman-whtheate did not yet indicate what Home Depot should do to make this right.
