Hi, I purchased a voucher code for the crazy bear at Beaconsfield last year and used this code to book for **th January. Following the governments advice I understand that we will not be able to fulfil this booking, and I am therefore requesting a refund as this was purchased for a specific occasion (birthday) and I have had a change in my financial circumstances due to the lockdown. Please can someone come back to me about this? Thank you.
