i have booked telford hotel and resort for *, twice, for my two sister, my mom and myself, but have not been able to use it as my mom is **, i rang last year and someone said it would be valid till **-*-**, but now i have just looked on your site and it now says it expires **-*-**, *please could you tell me when this does expire, my ref is ****-******-******, this was originally booked on *-*-***we are also in tier * at the moment
