Order *********** Please refund in full to my Visa. I purchased this groupon, however the day I went in to re-deem the merchant did not validate the groupon and asked me to pay in cash. I did not re-deem neither will I be able to re-deem this groupon. The Merchant guaranteed you'd be able to refund the groupon with no issues. When I canceled the order, the only option available was to request Groupon bucks (I have no use for Groupon bucks) . I have already paid the merchant in cash $*** due to them not honoring the groupon. Therefore, I am asking you to please issue a full refund to my visa ending in ****.
