Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I wish to return the blue activity tracker I ordered in June but have not been able to do so. The order number is *********. The last item in this order only arrived last week so I do not understand why my account is saying I am out of time. According to your terms and conditions the return window starts when the last item arrives. I am dissatisfied with the item. What do I have to do? Can I speak to someone. Regards Delores mclean-Boyd

Log onto the livechat during office hours. I explained that my account saying the return date had expired was incorrect as I had only just received the last item in my order a few days ago.
