I purchased the Groupon for TWO deluxe manicures & Pedicures- New Image Day Spa. I used one (*) of the *, about * weeks ago, but haven't been able to use the *nd due to Los Angeles Coronavirus regulations. Spas are not essential businesses. TWO ISSUES: a. my history states this Groupon has been used, BUT IN TRUTH ONLY HALF USED. . . *b I can't reach New Image Day Spa... can I get a credit on account for the ManiPedi I'm not able to use? Are they going to extend the expiration date? I realize that the CoronaVirus is not their fault, but it is not my fault that I can't use their services if they are closed.

GetHuman4757650 did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
