Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-alfreda_'s own words
I wants to be refunded the fit trackers. That were sent back to Groupon to be refunded back to my credit card. It going on a month or two. I do not see the refund on my statement. I need this done ASAP.

GetHuman-alfreda_ did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
