I need a label to return an item I did not order. I looked at a bedspread, did not click to buy since I bought it from Amazon for cheaper. You mailed it to me anyway. I only opened the bag a couple inches just to see inside. I have tried for hours to try to find out how to return an item. I gave up and called my credit card company. It shouldn't take hours to get a return label and then the huge insult is -- you want me to pay $** - $** to speak with someone. Why don't you include a return label in a package? I just need a return label and free return since it's your problem. Customers shouldn't be spending hours trying to ascertain how to return and item. I'll have my credit car company work this out with you.
