Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

The company is refusing to refund a 'no-show' charge that they charged us because their website automatically chose the wrong date for our trip... we weren't there to do the tour and they charged us $** US and are refusing to refund it. The woman I spoke to suggested I contact Groupon to at least get the cost of the voucher back. Please help! Club Tour Vegas is the Groupon... I know we are beyond the cancellation date but I am hoping we don't have to pay all this money for a voucher we now intend not to use at all because of the difficulties we are having with the company. The woman I spoke with was very kind and pleasant to talk to - however, through no fault of our own, we were charged this fee because we weren't there.
