Order * ***********Purchased item on *******, scheduled to be delivered *******, via FedEx. Never received. Checked tracking on ******* tracking *************, says delivered ******* at *:** am. Checked security camera ******* no FedEx seen on camera at *:** am on *******. Called Fedex they told wait ** hours, if I didn't receive item call Groupon tell what happened. Have Groupon start file complaint at FedEx.com. Please resend item or reimburse my account. Have never had any issues with Groupon or FedEx before. Please make it right.
I paid for this item, it was never delivered. Now Groupon won't respond to my issue. Please resolve this issue. Refund my account of deliver item.
I would like the item delivered to my front door, or my account refunded. This issue in my opinion is FedEx fault. I believe Groupon should make it right because they contract with FedEx. Please resolve this matter. I should not have to do all the work. Thank you...
I purchase several items from Groupon on a regular basis, as do several family members.
On ****** FedEx delivered a item to my front door. I made contact with the and asked if she had made a delivery on *******, she didn't remember. I told her FedEx is showing it be delivered at *:** am on *******, well then she remembered because she said she works the early shift. I said well do guys just leave a n item at the gate when it is closed or go up to door. She said their not allowed to go in the yard when gate is closed. I said well you said you remember delivering an item that early on *******, so you must of left it outside of gate. Then she says she slid gate open and left item inside of gate. I told her you just said you can't go in yard when gate is closed, company doesn't allow it that you don't leave item you come back at a later, or another day. I told her I have security camera facing driveway gate which is the gate she said she opened and left item inside of. I told her camera never showed anything, not even a FedEx truck pulling up. She just said well I don't know. So this tells me package was never delivered. Very frustrated.
