I paid for * day delivery for a pair of floral pants and skin care products. I did not get this order within that time. I would like to be refunded please. Also I put in a few orders on the **-**th of March and still have not received them. I truly feel like I should not be paying the shipping fee on the remaining orders that have not been shipped yet. Please help me with this situation. I look forward to hearing back from you.
