Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Groupon just charged me ***.** for items I n.y was looking at and had no intention of buying. I never went to any kind of checkout and did not give out my credit card number You have already taken z***.** out of y account for things I did not purchase I want an immediate refund. I am a senior citizen and don't have that kind of money to be throwing around WHERE did you get my credit card number Something is fishy here. CANCEL whatever Groupon just did and refund my money
