I ordered a pair of shoes, then on my cart was something that I had probably ordered months ago and did not do, and it was automatically added to the pair of shoes,then the total came to almost or over a hundred dollars, and I cannot go back to it. I’ve been trying to get customer service to no avail. I instead got a tech who wanted a credit card number for a deposit! All I want to talk to is a customer service person.i need a human to talk to, not a machine, please. I am ** years old!
