Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

GET THE COMFORTER SET I ORDERED... FULLY PACKAGED AND NEW. CONTENTS OF TRASH BAG IT WAS SHIPPED IN WAD TORN AND COMFORTER WAS RUINED. I WOULD LIKE IT REPLACED! ... my comforter set was recieved, package open, items damaged and late. was supposed to come by fed ex. was delivered by USPS ****. have already contacted Groupon to call me two times by phone. please call me at. ***-***-**** ASAP PLEASE !!!
Groupon has indicated on line that this issue has been resolved. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING, JUST POSTED A TEXT THAT LOOKS LIKE I RESPONDED THAT THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED. IT HASN'T EVEN BEEN ADDRESSED.
Send me a replacement. and something to ship the damaged one back at Groupon's expense. GET SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I HAVE BEEN customer for years Ann's has be spent thousands of dollars with you and referred several people. Your company must be getting too big. I've Never had such poor customer service from a legit company. Why should I have to fight so hard just to get what I ordered and had been paid for??
I'VE TRACKED THIS PACKAGE every step of the way, tried calling a * that nobody answers, put * requests on line for a call back, have sent several e- mails and filed complaints with USPS and Fed Ex. My local post office is trying to help me. They have not been able to reach any one to communicate with at Groupon as of yet either. I had another item that was recently recieved damaged as well with no resolution **
