Groupon no longer offers support over the phone but you can use the option for Live Chat. Once logged in to the help section on Groupon.com, select the relevant order, click continue, select a trending topic, then hit continue. If you're in business hours you will see an option to live chat with Groupon
The issue in GetHuman-solwrk's own words
I have two expired Groupons to the same business. I paid $** each for them. The merchant will not give me the $** credit as is assured to me by Groupon on their website this very day. In fact they state that the value can be used from now til eternity. Their words. The merchant tells me that he gets the money when the groupon is used and that he gets NO money if the groupon is expired. So who has my $** each that I paid for these groupons? I now have no service and no money. I want full money back, full groupon bucks, new useable groupons (AS THIS MERCHANT IS PRESENTLY OFFERING THE SAME DEAL) or the full money toward the service. My groupon email is SOLWRK*****@***.com and this particular deal is for Select Fire Training Center
GetHuman-solwrk did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
