I just received an email asking to review my recent Groupon, however I did not redeem the Groupon and have reached out before asking for a refund. The Groupon is for Massage Advantage-the times available for the therapist did not work with my schedule. The company made me enter in a credit card number and join as a member in order to make an appointment, and now they have charged my charges for services I have not even received. I have reached out to them via email and have not heard a response back. I would like a refund via Groupon for this purchase as I did not use the voucher.
