I placed * order for a product and got an email twice that my card failed I gave another credit card twice for the same order and I was sent * orders and charges on both cards!!!! I do not need to orders of this product nor did I plan to be charged twice!!! I the emails sent by Groupon stating that my cards had failed!!!!! I do not want this *nd order that I received after coming home from vacation today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so not happy and I dont have $**.** twice!!!!!!!!!!! Should I put return to sender on this *nd package that I did not order and expect a refund!!! This is your error. Had I not received a email saying my card didnt work, I would have not given you * different credit cards!!!!!!!!
GetHuman-string_t did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
