I wanted them to send me the correct charger or reimburse me for the amount that I have to spend for the correct charger. ... I was sent the wrong charger for my computer. I now have to purchase an additional charger to utilize it. I would like to be refunded for the amount of the charger.
Speaking to a representative, she only offered the option to exchange the whole purchase or receive a full refund. I asked why the option to be reimbursed or to have the charger replaced wasn't given and she said that's all they could offer. I asked to speak with a supervisor.
I wanted to be reimbursed for the extra money I had to spend for a functioning charger.
