Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. I was charged for an item that I did not authorize. On October **, ****, a Groupon for a Sams Club membership was purchased for $** on my account using my credit card. It appears that this particular groupon was only redeemable in Georgia. I know no one in Georgia and have not been there in ** years. Further, at the time the purchase was made, I was on vacation in Utah nowhere near a Sams Club of any kind. The Groupon was redeemed the same day as the purchase.
GetHuman-emailit did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
