I had an issue with my voucher code expiring for a purchase I made for flowers. I was going to use the code and proceed to check out however the application process of the code was not completed. My redemption code had expired and I was not able to access it and use it for my purchase. I ask if I can receive that code again so that I can make my purchase of flowers. If all else fails can I please receive a refund because I was not able to use the code that I had purchased.
