Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Hello I have an unauthorized charge on my account. The charge was made by my little brother who I had let use my phone and he said that though he was looking on Groupon he never made a purchase. He may have mistakenly made the purchase, but I’m just trying to see if I can have the orde removed and payment refunded because not only did I not place the order myself, I’m no longer live in the Jacksonville area where the services are offered. The order is for Cryotherpay Jax and the order number is *******. The order was placed yesterday.
