Hello! I accidentally order too many Escape Room vouchers. I ordered * and I only needed one. I did not realize that I could take * people under * Groupon until I went to use it on ******** (date of expiration). My brother in law got sick (I can provide a doctor's note) and I went to contact Groupon to get an extended date. That is when I realized my error. I emailed Groupon on ******** and never got a response. I've tried numerous times to contact Groupon through my app, but I get a loading sign on my cell phone and it never actually connects me to help. I would still like * Groupon, but would really appreciate * refunds. Please contact me with what I can do. Thank you so much in advance.
