Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a bOBsweep robotic vacuum on *-*-**. I want to return and get a full refund back. It said free returns w*in ** days. Order *****-******-******. I should be able to return to Groupon for a full refund if I'm not happy. Now I'm getting the run around. Fine print or not, your advertising is deceiving if you are saying I have to go through warranty. What kind of company doesn't let you return if not happy with it and within ** days?
