I ordered the "LED beanie with built-in rechargeable USB," in the color BLACK but it arrived today in the color WHITE. I've had so many problems with recent Groupon orders, I'm prepared to close my account. (This item was actually purchased in BLACK, partially using Groupon Bucks you sent me to apologize for my most recent problem which took a week to resolve in Dec.) I hesitate to ship it back (even tho I printed out the return shipping label,) until I receive the BLACK one I ordered, since with my luck , I'll send this back and get nothing in return. I clearly filled out an explanation on your page and when you sent me confirmation it stated I wanted to return a BLACK beanie in exchange for a BLACK beanie. I attempted to have a "live chat" and was connected to someone in Australia! Should I hang onto this white one until I receive the black one in the mail? Or should I send it now? I seem to remember it stated I have ** days to return it or risk being charged for this one. How do you suggest I proceed?
