purchased a groupon for Sheraton on the falls. paid ***.** cdn from my visa. realized I had put the reservation in my name. I buy ths every year for my daughter for her birthday so tried to correct it thru groupon to her name. Erin Vardon. tried to follow instructions in groupon to no avail. Called hotel and they said I had two reservations and they cancelled one and changed the reservation to Erin Vardon.. Only one showed up in groupon and my bank visa. Hotel told me to call you to verify changes. unable to do so. Now, when I click on my voucher it says no longer available. I'm out $***.** but not sure if I have a reservation for my daughter or not. Please help to sort this mess out.
