Email is *****@***.com*groupon purchased on ***** for **.** for * faux mink **x** Blankets. Printer Pix also charged **.** Shipping for both blankets. The order arrived but one of the blankets was incorrect. I contacted website and was told that they would ship out corrected order and reimburse me half of what i paid for the inconvenience. TWO weeks late (after Christmas) the package came and it was wrong again. I contacted Printer Pix and they would not put me on the phone with a supervisor. after going back and forth with them for ** minutes( after waiting over ** minutes twice for someone to pick up they agreed to have a supervisor call me back in an hour, STILL WAITING. Printer Pix rep name: Samuel (probably phony name) Printer Pix phone: *-***-***-****. I want my money back both for items and shipping. What kind of scam is this?
