Help with my Groupon issue

WE accidentally booked -Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls Near the Falls as my kid accidentally hit the button. **I spoke to Ram directly(manager at the hotel) . He said no issue to cancel reservation but he asked me to contact Groupon directly.**I tried the *** number (right after the mistake booking) but nobody answered **I need you help to ensure this gets cancelled and my credit card is properly refunded.**Thank you Pam Scott
GetHuman-mpbovens did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
