Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-jroestel's own words
Order Number **************** issued ********** purchase was applied to visa credit card that did not belong to me. Email was sent on ********** explaining this. A respond was received from one of your customer service agents letting me know that the purchase was cancelled and a credit was applied to the credit card used. The transaction would take up to * business days to take effect from the bank. This is ********** and I was informed that the refund was never credited to the credit card.
