My Order * ********** was shipped by DHL *DHL * GM****************** on December *rd, **** and has been in transit in Melrose Park, Il since that date. AN Exception note was sent from Hebron KY USA on December **, **** stating "Prohibited Contents". The shipment should contain one Bio-Bidet Toilet seat. I have paid Groupon $***.** CAD, processed on my credit card on November **th, ****. Where is my shipment? Thanks for your help.*Carole Morris******@***.com*Telephone *** ***-**** (Canada)

My order of a BioBidet toilet seat was not received. Tracking showed it was being held at DHL Ecommerce Distritubion Center in Melrose Park, IL, USA due to "Prohibited Contents". I contacted Groupon and made the decision to have the purchase price refunded to my credit card, which has now been received. Service was prompt and efficient.
