Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-barbpar's own words
I was trying to cancel this order FBK*JEM* since upon entering it and could not even though the system tells you to self cancel. Loop that you enter information and no response. ... I placed an order on ***** then immediatelytried to self cancel. I could not do so it seems since my credit card was charged $**.** which I would like immediately credited.*The confirmation order FBK*JEM* was entered multiple times in your self cancel path on your website but it never cancelled.*Please refund my $**.**
This is frustrating because there is no one to talk to.
I want $**.** credited back to my credit card account.
I have been a long time customer but will seriously reconsider future purchases. Too bad because I had pleasant experiences in the past.
I am contacting my crediit card to make them aware of my experience.
