Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-kelsiefi's own words
I purchased this Groupon and it says that I have used it and I have not. This company will no longer honor this Groupon I have tried to change my appointment and nothing was done by that company. I have been cheated out of $** and would like a refund.
