Help with my Groupon issue

Get it sent or refund my acct ... Shipment never received. My order has been in transit since Dec * and I would like to have it refunded to my credit card or resend.
This was especially frustrating as it said it was in transit since Dec * and I never received it. It still says on my order details that it was shipped on Dec * but is I hit the tracking number it says preparing to ship. Not delivered!!
Refund my account or send me the purchase (would prefer to receive the purchase).
I have been a customer for the past * years!
Been trying to communicate with Groupon and its been very frustrating to get this resolved.
