I made a reservation for December **th and **th for Kalahari. I am unable to make that reservation so I need to cancel it. I knew it was * days before and as I went to cancel it just now it told me that I had until December *th at *pm. It’s now * and I noticed it. Is there anyway I can get a refund I will not be able to make it and can not afford to loose all of that money. I have tried contacting you guys in multiple different ways and it is not working. My order number is **********. Please help me... I am a valuable customer.
