Hello, I ordered (*) of these necklaces and only (*) arrived correctly. I would like to exchange the (*) incorrect ones. You guys gave me not only the wrong color of the four incorrect ones but one necklace was the wrong letter. I need some assistance exchanging these items. I started to do the exchange online but it said I owe more money. I should not owe any money. It says free returns. I will not be charged for the current price of them item when I purchased them for a completely different cheaper price. It’s not my fault you guys sent me the wrong items.
