I purchased this and with the intention to go with my appointment being set. I went today and the merchant did not want to do my hair and changed what I wanted to do and with an extra charge and required tip *** well. I understand reading the policy NOW that I actually want a refund that it must be done within a couple of days. I do not want to return to that merchant because it was unproffesional and the whole purpose was to get the deal that I wanted. I would please appreciate a refund! call me anytime at *** *** ****
