I made a purchase for car detailing and made an appointment for Monday December * at **am. I got lost and couldn’t make the appointment. At *:**, I sent an email to the business informing them I wasn’t going to be able to make it because I was lost. They allowed me to reschedule but it was going to cost me $** for a rescheduling fee. I checked on my voucher and they redeemed it at *:** am and I wasn’t there. Can I get a refund for the voucher since they marked the voucher as redeemed without me being present?
