The issue in GetHuman-mollyfrc's own words
Groupon sent a very expensive goods item to the wrong address (our former address) and I have no way of contacting them. I contacted them the day after I placed the order and they said that it was already processing (even though the item said not yet processed on the website). They said I would have to wait for it to be marked undeliverable but I am concerned that the person who received it stole the item.
GetHuman-mollyfrc did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
