i am not sure how to access the customer care and resolve the issue. ... i haven't received a confirmation of an order booked with Groupon. My account is already debited.
This is the *nd time it's happening. Earlier also there was a debit for around $** to my account and Groupon never came back.*I have also used Groupon for hotel booking and I am worried now if groupon is the right platform to do business.

I am good customer since i have been doing regular business with Groupon.*But dealing with groupon is difficult as there is no customer face to talk to on issues.
