Hi my name is Janeth gudino and I’m calling for the order ***-***-**** I’ve been tracking my package and it says that it’s been delivered on November ** and I keep tracking my item because I haven’t received it just want to see if you guys can either resend it or refund me or double check with the USPS I’ve been calling them but they said it’s been delivered but I have not received my package yet
