I received a confirmation invoice from groupon and a PayPal receipt for my order number *****-******-****** for king memory foam mattress on ** November **. Two days later I received an email saying my refund was being processed, then another saying it would be refunded to my account. I had NOT cancelled this order. **I’m very disappointed with the service since I had entered the code MASSIVE** and also gone through TopCashback which were giving a **% cashback for Black Friday.**I have received no explanation as to why my order was cancelled
