An order says it’s been ready to ship since November **th. It hasn’t moved from its location according to UPS, it is “awaiting pickup.” It was supposed to arrive today according to UPS. I know that it says to give them * days even though they say they ship in *-*, and that’s fine, I just want to make sure it’s not just sitting somewhere, which is what it sounds like. I ordered the Christmas Tree last Friday.
GetHuman-lidaask did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
