Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I ordered * VIP tickets to the ladies night out show last night. When we got to the show, they were so full we couldnt walk in door. There wasn't a table or anything like the description stated. We DID NOT go to the show. It was oversold and no seats. Everyone there was upset, they were selling VIP and tickets at door when there wasn't room for the people there or who had tickets. I would like a total refund to my card, as now I owe my * friends their money back since they paid me to buy tickets
