Hello, I placed an order for UE Boom speaker and received the order on ********. I am writing you because the product is defective and I would like to exchange it for one that works. Once you put the volume too high the bass in the speaker starts to malfunction and you cant make out any words. I would like an exchange rather than a return. It says free return on order but the app doesn't give me an option for return or exchange. Please help as this was ordered as a Christmas gift.
