According to your website my credit card charge was not valid to try again. When I tried again the cart was empty. I had to re-enter all the products again. Once I did that I went to checkout. Entered all the credit card information again and clicked the pay tab. Next screen came up that my credit card was not valid. I then conversed with Spoorthi (ticket ID ******************) and was then advised the order actually went through. I now see it went through TWICE !! I emailed and informed Spoorthi that the order was duplicated and to CANCEL order *****-******-****** for $***.** This has not shipped and is not ready to ship yet. CANCEL this order as it was your website error!! My phone * if you need to speak to me is ***-***-****
GetHuman-joeparis did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
