The hotel we stayed in did not have working heat, the water would not go down in the tub, the floors were very dirty and we thought breakfast was included but it was not. The manager informed us that they would be contacting expedia where he said we purchased the room and would inform them to issue us a full refund. They said we would receive an email. I want to know if this has occurred. We do not want a groupon credit as we do not have access to our account and at this point are not sure if we would like to keep our account open.
