I just bought a deal on a hotel for three nights November **-** at forest suites resort at heavenly in South Lake Tahoe mistakenly thinking it was for December. We absolutely cannot make it on these dates but in order to get a refund from the site it says I have to cancel * days before the reservation which at this point is not possible. I am hoping there is some way you can tell me to get a refund seeing as how I just made the reservation ** minutes ago not realizing the mistake. Thank you.
