Order *****-******-********I ordered an **K gold plated sideways initial charm necklace "E." I checked on the tracking status since delivery was taking so long and it said that this item was delivered on Nov. **th at *:** pm. However, this item was NOT delivered. My niece particularly asked for this item for Christmas and I would really like to give it to her. What can be done to resolve this issue concerning my missing item? I am a very loyal customer to Groupon and I purchase a good deal of products from your company. Please advise as to how your company would like to handle this matter.
