I recently ordered a bow tie phone purse but somehow the order went through twice and I have been charged twice. One purse has been delivered but not the second. This is not the first time this has happened. I would like a refund for one purse plus postage and an explanation as to why this happens. I believe my last three orders were doubled but luckily I have been able to make use of the items.
