I purchased a groupon and made an appointment to use the groupon. My appointment time was *:** and I waited til *:**. The office was not even open at this point and I waited outside. The doctor arrived after *:** then called and asked where I was. My time is no more or less valuable then his and I had to leave. I would like a refund as the vendor did not satisfy their end of the deal.
